Vintage Design
The design is reminiscent of the Dornstab floor lamp designs of Kalmar. The funnel-shaped shade sits at the end of a long brass shaft. It can be tilted and rotated via a joint. The shade is open on both sides. In this way, the light comes out not only directly downwards but additionally as indirect room light in the opposite direction. The minimalist base is fork-shaped and catches the cantilevered lamp in a slight forward tilt. The covering of the original shade has been replaced with a heavy jute fabric. The light fixture switch is located on the back of the shade.
The lamp is in very good condition with signs of use. The cover of the shade was professionally renewed.
