Vintage Design
A very hard to find, highly collectable and impressive pair of column lamps by French designer André Cazenave for Singleton, Italy, 1970s. Constructed of fibreglass and ground powdered marble the structures omit soft warm hues when lit but also resemble limestone when not. Standing tall at 2m these whimsical and ironic architectural columns are both a design statement but are also very practical offering sculptural ambient lighting in an avant garde manner. Lit with neon strip lights – the pieces have been PAT safety tested and passed. Will work in the US with a 120v to 230v power adapters. Condition: Some marks, discolouration & odd imperfections inline with age. Dimensions: Height 200cm / 78.74 inches Width 44cm / 17.32 inches Depth 44cm / 17.32 inches.
