Chinese export armorial teapot, the lid with gilded acorn finial and the perimeter decorated with a floral pattern and a lavender thread line weaving in and out.. A larger version of this pattern repeats on both sides of the body . Centrally located is the oval medallion with three initials and flowers inside, bow and trailing ribbon capping the oval. The spout and handle have a molded pattern in the potting with handle featuring a stylized heart shape at the top and bottom. This teapot is in remarkable condition for its age, especially the gilding.
