Elegant flush mount chandelier model Catena made by J.T. Kalmar, Vienna. J.T. Kalmar was a student of Josef Hoffmann, Wiener Werkstätte. Beautifully ribbon shaped pulegoso and ice Murano glass elements hanging from a brass frame. Illuminates beautifully but a real eye-catcher even unlit. Gem from the time. Manufactured by Kalmar, Austria in the 1960s. Model: Catena. Colors: clear, foam and gold. Materials: Murano glass and brass. Measures: diameter 11.8″ x height 12.2″ in. (30 x 31 cm). Lighting: takes three small Edison E14 base screw bulbs. Wattage: we recommend up to 60w per bulb. Works on 220v as well as 110v. Condition: very good vintage condition. No imperfections to the glass Wiring: the lamp has been tested with US American light bulbs under 120v and works flawlessly, no tools or rewiring required. All our goods are originally wired for 220v.
